Why humans have sex?

Just read in Yahoo! news today ,a research by the University of Texas , the motivation for men and women to have sex is apparently not all that different...it usually stems from just wanting to enjoy sex and especially because of an attraction to the other person. Although the research did qualify that the study is conducted among college students with raging hormones which could explain the findings and that it could differ from a study of a slightly higher and more"mature" age group. Interesting that they came up with 237 reasons why people have sex, talk about intellectualizing sex...and no, we are not encouraging sex but it sure does make for an interesting coffee time read...
